On 10 May 2021 Simmetrico network won an international competition for the construction of the new Shusha Mosque in Azerbaijan.

The project is signed by Simmetrico Architettura, a new division of Simmetrico that brings its vocation of storytellers and Experience Designers to the world of architecture.

The idea, design, and development see as designers Daniele Zambelli, Founder, CEO, and Creative Director of Simmetrico and Francesco Giordano, with the contribution of the design team coordinated by Andrea Fiorito and the content editing coordinated by Celeste Sergianno.

The foundation stone of the new mosque was laid last week, a symbolic moment to begin reconstruction of the city after Azerbaijan’s victory in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
