Within the architectural icon of the BEEAH Headquarters, Simmetrico conceived and built an innovative sales and experience space dedicated to Khalid Bin Sultan City, a landmark real estate development soon to rise near the BEEAH Headquarters in Sharjah.

Blending design and technology, the project reflects BEEAH’s visionary spirit through an immersive environment where architecture, design and digital interaction merge seamlessly. Every element, from light and materials to spatial flow was shaped to align with the organic, fluid, and human-centric DNA of the headquarters itself.

Visitors are welcomed into a central lobby that highlights BEEAH’s identity and the city’s branding through cinematic large screen and advanced digital activations. A transparent interactive station invites exploration of the city’s brochure, master plan and unit details; a holographic showcase brings villas and townhouses to life in luminous three-dimensional realistic form; and a panoramic LED wall immerses guests in the vision and lifestyle of the new city. Behind this digital experience, a refined B2B lounge offers a private space for discussions over coffee in an atmosphere of calm sophistication.

The adjacent sales area combines functionality and inspiration, integrating a reception and waiting zones and modular, sustainable furnishings that adapt effortlessly to daily operations and special events alike.

Outside, minimalist signage and branding extend the project’s visual language beyond the architectural envelope, ensuring every encounter with Khalid Bin Sultan City resonates with its ambition, legacy, and promise for the future.
