For ACRES Real Estate Exhibition 2026 in Sharjah, Simmetrico designed and built an exhibition space for Khalid Bin Sultan City, translating urban vision into a clear and balanced spatial experience.

The 330 sqm stand is conceived as an open space defined by clarity of form, material restraint, and a fluid visitor journey. Reflecting BEEAH’s values of sustainability, innovation, and human-centric design, the space allows to quietly frame content, dialogue, and interaction.

Digital media and physical scale models are integrated with precision, supporting understanding rather than spectacle. Reception, discussion, and hospitality areas unfold as a continuous sequence, enabling both public engagement and focused exchange.

Unified through the Khalid Bin Sultan City branding and the BEEAH Group identity, the stand represents a distilled expression of intent in line with Simmetrico’s experiential design approach.
