This year Banca Ifis created a special event for #ifispeople with the aim of shortening distances and discovering new talents. The event planned by SIMMETRICO, took place in a television set created at Cross+Studio Milano. It was presented by a dynamic duo, Andrea and Michele of Radio Deejay and by three exceptional judges: Rudy Zerbi, music critic, Diletta Leotta, television presenter, and Rosalba Benedetto, Director of Communications, Marketing and External Relations of Banca Ifis.
Thanks to the live-streaming, 1800 people participated at the event for a two-hour live show.
The vice president of Banca Ifis opened the event with their institutional greetings.
The protagonists were the employees who participating themselves into a real talent show.
The performers were judged by the jury present and their colleagues who had the possibility to watch the event in live streaming on a dedicated platform realized by Simmetrico. The voting phases were showcased by the sketches of the conductors and the jury encouraging the vote from home.
The five finalists were rewarded with a trophy in memory of this particular experience. Each of them were combined with a charity organization to which Banca Ifis made a donation.
