A practice of listening
For Daniele Zambelli, Empathy Design is not a style. It is an attitude.
Before imagining form, one must understand the human and cultural context in which that form will exist. Every place carries stories, sensitivities and identities that should be recognised, not overwritten.
A project succeeds when space, light, perspective and material resonate with those who experience it. When that happens, an individual visit becomes something larger: a shared story.

Technology, with purpose
Technology is powerful when it becomes almost invisible.
It should serve the narrative, support understanding and open a bridge between people and content. The story defines the technology, not the other way around.
Through interactive environments, tactile installations, digital archives and immersive media, the ambition remains the same: genuine wonder, never effect for its own sake.

Daniele remains close to Simmetrico's creative work. His leadership lives in the questions that shape the beginning of a project, the attention given to its meaning, and the confidence placed in the people who bring it to life.
He does not seek to impose a signature. He protects a shared language of curiosity, authenticity and responsibility, so the work can belong to its place, its audience and its future.

Art and culture are not luxuries. They are forces that heal, educate and connect.
Daniele's work extends beyond the spaces Simmetrico creates. His engagement with education, child development, neuroscience and learning innovation reflects a lifelong belief that the environments around us can shape how people feel, learn, imagine and grow.
As a long-standing board member of the Patrizio Paoletti Foundation and the New Life for Children Association, he supports work that places human potential at the centre.
