KAPSARC (King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center) is an energy and environmental research center based in Saudi Arabia.
The aim of the Centre is to motivate companies and politicians to take real actions producing tangible results for a sustainable energy future.
The international conference “2011 energy dialogue”, held in Riyadh at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, represented for KAPSARC an opportunity to explore the theme of “renewable energy” and to present the new research center.
The branding plan perfectly integrated with the spaces of the conference, without altering the existing architecture.
Distinguishing element of the set up was a large stage with a 24×5 meters self-standing screen enveloping the audience and involving it in the debate.
Simmetrico in collaboration with Moments International produced the event looking after the set design, the production, the accreditation management and coordination of the catering service.
