In celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the independence of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Embassy to the Holy See hosted at Villa Miani a concert by the National Orchestra of Q. Qarayev and an exhibition of objects of ancient art.
Villa Miani was also the location of the bilateral meeting between the First Lady of Azerbaijan, Merihban Aliyeva, and Cardinal Ravasi, President of the Pontifical Council for Culture.
Object of the exhibition was an extraordinary collection of unique pieces such as musical instruments, carpets and copper artifacts.
The exhibition path is characterized by structures of a refined but linear design, reflective objects, backlit surfaces and last generation video installation.
The hall is set up with a main stage and two big curvilinear structures developed on multiple levels that complete the big videowall, communication surface of the video contributions during the show.
